Lollipops & Cotton Balls

I found some cotton balls from a previous craft, but sadly they did not stick. I decided to take them and glue on googly eyes to made them look like a person. The one on the left was supposed to have a top hat, but instead it looked like a french beret. I gave him a toothpick and he is now a painter. The one in the middle is a singer, but with his hat he looks like a rapper. The last on is a surfer, with a green and purple board.

These are some bows I made with Dum-Dum wrappers. My social studies teacher hands out candy if we answer a review question right. I kept my wrappers, and some of my friends gave theirs to me. First, I folded the wrapper back and forth like a fan. Make sure both sides are pointing down. My mom had double-sided tape, and we put it on some ribbon. We wrapped it around, and put a bobby pin on it. Then we wrapped it the rest of the way. Next, we took both ends of one side, and carefully pulled them, and pushed two of the outside bends. That is what I call, 'fluffing'. I sold all but 3 of these at a lemonade stand.
